“In relation to the recent renovation of our farm house in Croobyar. For context, the renovation was in fact primarily a new build. The project involved the refurbishment of most of the original farm house in conjunction with the demolition of

various peripheral structures and new construction within this large cleared area. It was a significant project in terms of scale and complexity – so it was very important that we had a first class building team on the job.

Having recently renovated and sold our home in Sydney, we had a clear vision of what we wanted for the farm house – open plan living, high end quality, elements reflecting mid 20th century design concepts and retention of the heritage of the original farm house.

Chris and Aaron helped us to refine the design. They also helped to resolve some construction challenges that emerged during the build. The project progressed on time and in accordance with budget expectations.

We were impressed not only by Chris and Aaron but also their tradesmen and the key trade teams (plumbing, electrical, concreting, plastering, painting, tiling, roofing and demolition).
