Araluen Farm, Milton

Set against a stunning backdrop of 100 hectares of land, with views of Florence Head and Little Forest Plateau, Araluen Farm seamlessly integrates modern design into a heritage farmhouse in Milton, NSW.
This project involved a partial renovation, with one side modernised due to structural concerns and the limitations of the original materials. The opposing side was to retain the original elements, undergoing a revamp to preserve its historical integrity while updating its functionality.
Open plan living, high-end quality, mid 20th century design concepts plus retention of the heritage of the original farm house were the focus throughout.
This was a significant project in terms of scale and complexity – so it was very important that we had a first class building team on the job.
Without exception, all involved worked to very high standards, held close attention to detail, worked efficiently and, frankly, were a pleasure to have on site. We are thrilled with the finished project. It has exceeded our expectations and we are very happy to be privileged to live in this magnificent house.
